Description

Tera2000 auto test station provide automatic function and performance test for the 10G/25G/40G/100G, the Tera2000 main focus on 10G~100G transceiver BER and key parameter test.

Tera2000 platform include the Tera2040 (VOA and optical Power meter), Tera2100 BERT system, Tera2120 Test board (also use the Tera2140 module analyzer), DCA 86100 from Keysight(Agilent) and Auto control software system(support Win7/Win10).

The platform could provide TP2/TP4/TP3 key parameter of the module for manufacture.

Auto calibration parameter (temperature, Power supply, Bias current, output power, input power etc.).

Key customized parameter.

Transmitter: Output power, Er, mask margin, Crosspoint, Jitter etc.

Receiver: Sensitivity, Overload, Alarm, hysteresis
